All pre-loved hot tubs come to us from customers who have enjoyed them but are trading up. All hot tubs taken in on trade are thoroughly assessed by our certified technicians and given a full 21 point inspection which allows us to certify that each hot tub is in excellent condition and will serve it's new owner for many years.
Each certified pre-loved hot tub comes with a 1 year mechanical warranty which also includes 1 year onsite service should warranty service be required for your piece of mind.
